1. Right to Deletion

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Google Play Developer Policies, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your ScamBuster AI account and associated personal data at any time.

2. How to Request Deletion

In the Android App: Once the mobile app is publicly available, you will be able to delete your account directly within the app by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account.

Via Email / Web: If you have already uninstalled the app, you can request deletion by emailing support@scambuster.cz with the subject "ScamBuster AI Data Deletion Request". Please send the request from the email address associated with your registered account or waitlist sign-up.

3. What Gets Deleted

• Your account credentials and profile information.
• Your contact details (including waitlist registration data).
• Support communication history (unless retained for an ongoing dispute).

4. What Is Retained

Legal & Billing Requirements: We may retain specific transaction records for the minimum period required by tax, accounting, and consumer protection laws.

Anonymized Threat Intelligence: As outlined in our Privacy Policy, fully de-identified technical data (attack vectors and indicators of compromise) used to improve our security models contains no personal identifiers and cannot be linked back to you. Therefore, it does not constitute personal data, is exempt from deletion, and will be retained.

5. Processing Time

We process all data deletion requests without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with legal requirements.
