1. Digital Product Policy
ScamBuster AI may include digital subscriptions or one-time digital purchases. Unless explicitly required by applicable law, completed digital purchases are generally non-refundable once access is granted.
2. Exceptional Cases
- Duplicate charges caused by billing errors.
- Technical failure permanently preventing access to purchased features.
- Cases explicitly required by consumer protection law.
3. How to Request a Refund
Send a request to support@scambuster.cz within 14 days of the transaction and include transaction details and reason.
4. Processing
If approved, refunds are processed through the original payment provider. Settlement timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
