1. Provider and Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ScamBuster AI (including the website, waitlist, and the mobile app when available). The service is provided by Marek Mach, with a registered office at Hudečkova 2036/1a, Krč, 14000 Praha 4, Czech Republic, IČO: 02508516 ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using ScamBuster AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Use of Service
You agree to use ScamBuster AI lawfully and responsibly. You may not:
- Attempt to disrupt, abuse, scrape, or reverse engineer the service or its underlying AI models.
- Submit intentionally malicious payloads or illegal content for analysis outside the scope of normal consumer use.
You are fully responsible for any activity associated with your account or device context.
3. Informational Output & AI Limitations (Disclaimer)
ScamBuster AI utilizes artificial intelligence to provide risk signals and informational analysis. You acknowledge that AI systems are probabilistic and not infallible. The service may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or false evaluations (both false positives and false negatives).
The output provided by ScamBuster AI does not constitute legal, financial, IT security, or professional advice. It is intended solely as a supplementary tool. You must not rely on it as the sole basis for making decisions, and you remain entirely responsible for any actions you take or transactions you authorize.
4. Availability and Changes
ScamBuster AI is currently in a pre-launch phase. The mobile app is not yet publicly available. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any features of the service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms periodically and will publish the latest version on this page.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ScamBuster AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be held liable for any financial losses, data breaches, or damages resulting from your reliance on the service.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of ScamBuster AI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
